An Ice Sculpture at the Midnight Buffet
Carnival Sensation – 3 Day Bahamas
My husband and I have been cruising for years and always have a great time. Our last cruise was on the Carnival Sensation right before Christmas. It was great to see the ship all decked out for the holidays and it was a fun way to get in the holiday spirit.
We enjoyed having dinner in the dinning room where the food and the service was excellent. But our favorite place to eat was the buffet on the back of the ship on the Lido deck. We would have lunch and breakfast there and followed up lunch with an ice cream cone from the bar and grill by the pool.
Don’t miss the nightly shows in the Fantasia Lounge. They are always entertaining. But if shows are not your thing try your luck in the casino where the crew members are friendly and helpful.
Don’t forget to check out the bargains in the shops. Duty free shopping is a great way to save money on liquor and cigarettes.
This is a shortest cruise we’ve ever taken but it was all we had time for last December. This length of this cruise would be great for a first time cruise to see if cruising is for them.We stopped in Nassau Bahamas and could see the Atlantis Resort from the ship. There a lot of shore excursions offered, but we just took a taxi to the beach and enjoyed the day resting in the sun.
